Sizing and Fitting Your Support Belt

Sizing

Wrap a tape measure around your lower spine or pelvis at the level you will be wearing your Smiley Belt.

Record this measurement in the drop down chart on the order form.

XXS 85cm XS 90cm S 95cm M 100cm, 105cm L 110, 115 XL120cm

We will exchange your Smiley Belt if it is the qwrong size.

Fitting

Wrap your support belt around your body and pull the velcro ends forward to take up the stretch and then fold over the velcro ends. Comfort is important - it should not be too tight.

Wearing

Wear your back support belt over under-wear or over clothes.

Washing

Wash in cold or warm soapy water and drip dry.
